Evans town court is located on Erie road in Angola, New York. The town of Evans is in Erie County, New York.
The New York State Thruway (I-90), US Route 20, which is called Southwestern Boulevard locally, and NY Route 5 (Erie Road) all pass directly through the town of Evans.
The north town line is created by Eighteen Mile Creek, which is known globally by archaeologists for excellent fossil formations.
The town of Brant is just to the south, Hamburg, NY is to the northeast, and the town of Eden is bordered on the east.
In December 2016, the Town of Evans Board has adopted a roughly $16 million budget for 2017 that will raise taxes by almost twenty percent, Erie county officials said. That’s on top of the nearly nine percent increase already approved for 2016.
