The Town of Hinsdale is located in Cattaraugus County, New York. The town was formed in 1820 and was named after the town of Hinsdale in New Hampshire. The town of Hinsdale is at the eastern border of Cattaraugus County, north-northeast of Olean. The town of Ischua was made in 1846 from part of Hinsdale.

Along with these consequences, individuals convicted of traffic violations will likely be required to pay Surcharges ranging from $88 – $93 to the DMV. Second and third time offenders face higher fines and jail sentences. And if an individual commits three speeding and/or misdemeanor traffic violations within eighteen months their license will be revoked for six months.
